Agreement variation incorrect consolidated Agreement attached with original decision [2013] FWCA 4103.

[1] An application to approve the RACQ Group Enterprise Agreement 2013-2016 (the Agreement) was made on 13 June 2013. The approval decision of 25 June 2013 [2013] FWCA 4103 was issued with the incorrect version of the agreement attached to it. This was as a result of the incorrect version of the agreement being lodged by RACQ Operations Pty Ltd.

[2] Correspondence has been received from RACQ and the Finance Sector Union of Australia confirming the Agreement lodged had incorrect provisions mainly in regard to shift loadings contained in clause 5.6 and the removal of clause 6.2.13.

[3] The corrected consolidated version of the agreement AE401993 is now attached to this decision.
