R (Plaintiff) v Bong

The court further found that the marriage to the other person precluded a finding of mutual commitment to a shared life. The court also concluded that the relationship did not meet the criteria for being a domestic partnership at any earlier date.

The court dismissed the plaintiff's application for a declaration that the deceased was their domestic partner.
