The court examined the agreement's terms, particularly those related to pricing, market access, and the potential for market dominance by Qantas Road Express.
The court found that the agreement was compliant with the Act's provisions and adequately safeguarded against anti-competitive practices. It concluded that the agreement allowed for a transparent and competitive market while ensuring that Qantas Road Express could operate effectively. The court's decision was based on a detailed analysis of the agreement's terms and the evidence presented regarding market conditions and competitive practices.
