Pukiat (Migration)

The Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) considered an application by Mr Pukiat concerning a Subclass 500 (Student) visa. The dispute centred on whether Mr Pukiat met the health insurance requirements for the visa, specifically in relation to his enrolment in a registered course.
