AN ACT to amend the Prisons Act 1903-1962.

RE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

and citation.	1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Prisons Act Amendment Act, 1963.

by adding after the interpretation, "Sheriff", the

following interpretation

"the Board" means the Parole Board established under the Offenders Probation and Parole Act, 1963. .

Subsection (1) of section sixty-four K of the principal Act is amended by substituting for the words, "the Indeterminate Sentences Board", in line one, the words, "the Board".
