CaseChat Overview and Summary

The case involved Primo Smallgoods Pty Ltd, trading as Primo Smallgoods Greenacre, and its employees. The dispute was centred around the approval of the JBS/Primo Smallgoods – Greenacre and Prestons Enterprise Agreement 2016. The Fair Work Commission was the court that considered this matter.
