Pollard and Nordberg

In the matter of *Pollard and Nordberg*, the Supreme Court of Victoria was asked to consider an appeal concerning interim and final orders made by the Magistrates’ Court of Victoria at Town A. The proceedings involved a dispute between a mother and a father regarding their child.

The central legal issues before the Supreme Court were whether the interim orders made on 16 April 2019 should be stayed and whether the final orders made on 8 May 2019 should be suspended pending further determination.
