Pirelli and Pirelli and Anor (No. 2)

In *Pirelli and Pirelli and Anor (No. 2)*, Hogan J of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia was required to determine an application concerning costs. The application was brought by the Applicant against the First Respondent.
