Pillai and Doshi (No 2)

The case of *Pillai and Doshi (No 2)* concerned applications filed by the parties on 30 March 2010 and 21 April 2010. The decision was made by Cronin J.

The primary legal issue before the court was to determine the disposition of these applications, with the court ultimately dismissing them, save for specific orders regarding the commencement of a hearing and costs.

Cronin J ordered that the parties attend a first day of hearing as soon as possible, to be fixed on a priority basis by the co-ordinating registrar. Furthermore, the husband was ordered to pay the wife's costs thrown away on that day, in the amount of $470.
