The parties to this proceeding were Peroni and Runting, with the matter heard by McClelland J. The dispute concerned parenting orders for two children, B and C.

The court was required to determine whether to vary existing consent orders regarding the children's time with their father. Specifically, the court considered the discharge of one of the previous orders and the establishment of new arrangements for the children to spend time with the father.

McClelland J ordered the discharge of Order 3 of the consent orders made on 22 May 2017. The court then made new orders for the children, B and C, to spend time with the father each Sunday from 10.00 am to 6.00 pm, and at such other times as agreed between the parties. Additionally, each party was ordered to provide the other with written notification of any change to their address or telephone number within 24 hours. The court noted that, subject to these new orders, the interim parenting orders made by consent on 22 May 2017 would remain in full force and effect.
