In the matter of ADC 1452 of 2021, Ms Pedroza, the applicant, and Mr Talevski, the respondent, brought their dispute concerning their child, X, born in 2020, before the Court.

The Court was required to determine the living arrangements for the child X and the father's time with the child, as well as the method of exchange between the parties. Further, the Court needed to consider the attendance of the parties at a family dispute resolution conference and the vacation of a previously scheduled hearing.

The Court ordered that the child X live with the mother, and that the father spend time with the child on specified Tuesdays, Thursdays, alternate Saturdays, and alternate Sundays between 2:00 pm and 5:30 pm. Exchanges were to occur at a designated McDonald’s Restaurant. Existing orders numbered 4, 5, 6, and 7 of the Senior Registrar were to continue. The Court also mandated attendance at a family dispute resolution conference on 27 May 2021, pursuant to section 11F of the *Family Law Act 1975* (Cth), to discuss the child's care, welfare, and development. The hearing scheduled for 20 April 2021 was vacated, and further consideration of the matter was adjourned to 3 June 2021 for directions.
