The Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) reviewed a decision concerning a Student (Temporary) (Class TU) visa, subclass 500. The applicant had signed a declaration, indicating their understanding and the truthfulness of the information provided. The Tribunal found that the applicant had not demonstrated any compassionate or compelling circumstances that would justify waiving the requirement to satisfy PIC 4020. Consequently, the Tribunal affirmed the delegate's decision to refuse the visa.
