PALANCHOKE (Migration)

The Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) considered an application for review by Palanchoke concerning a Student (Temporary) (Class TU) visa, subclass 500. The core of the dispute revolved around the timeliness of Palanchoke's application for review.
