The applicant wife sought leave to make an oral application to discharge an order made by the court on 26 October 2012. The respondent husband did not appear. The court was therefore required to determine whether to grant leave to the wife to make the application and, if leave was granted, whether to discharge the specified order.

The court granted the wife leave to make the oral application. It then proceeded to discharge order 7 of the court's orders dated 26 October 2012. The court further ordered that monies held on trust by the wife's solicitors be paid to them in partial satisfaction of an unsatisfied costs order made on 27 November 2012.
