O’CONNOR & KASEMSARN

The case of *O’Connor & Kasemsarn* concerned parenting orders made by Ainslie-Wallace J in the Federal Circuit Court of Australia. The dispute involved the father, Mr O’Connor, and the mother, Ms Kasemsarn, regarding the living arrangements and parental responsibility for their two children, C and A, born in May 2010.
