Nest and Nest

In the matter of *Nest and Nest*, Dawe J considered applications made by both the wife and the husband. The wife had filed an amended Form 2 application, to which the husband had filed a response and a subsequent application in a case Form 2.

The court was required to determine the interim application of the wife, the husband's response to that application, and the husband's separate application in a case.

Dawe J adjourned the matter to a later date before Justice Burr in the Judicial Duty List. The court directed the husband to file and serve his affidavit in reply to the wife's affidavit by 4.00 pm on 29 August 2007, and to file and serve his Form 1A Response within seven days from the date of the order.
