The Administrative Appeals Tribunal considered an application for a Visitor (Class FA) visa, Subclass 600, made by an applicant seeking to visit their Australian Permanent Resident sibling. Despite initially indicating satisfaction with the applicant's genuine temporary entrant status, the Tribunal ultimately concluded that the matter should be remitted for reconsideration.
