Mukuntla (Migration)

The applicant, Mukuntla, sought judicial review of a decision by the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) which affirmed the refusal of a Skilled (Provisional) (Class VC) visa, Subclass 485 (Temporary Graduate) visa.
