Moss and Ralph

In *Moss and Ralph*, heard before Cleary J, the dispute concerned an application for costs by the Independent Children’s Lawyer (ICL). The proceedings involved the parties Mr Moss and Mr Ralph, and the ICL sought to recover their costs from Mr Ralph.
