Ming and Leong

In the matter of *Ming and Leong*, Benjamin J of the Family Court of Australia considered an application by the applicant mother concerning interim spousal maintenance, exclusive occupation of the former matrimonial home, and an existing restraining order on property dealings. The respondent father was also involved in the proceedings.
