Mills and Allen and Ors

In *Mills and Allen and Ors*, heard before Foster J, the dispute concerned parental responsibility and the living arrangements for a child, C, born in 2002. The applicant mother sought orders regarding the child's care and residence, and sought to restrain the respondents, Ms Allen, Mr A Allen, and Mr B Allen, from interfering with the child's day-to-day care and education.
