Application for approval of the Milliken (Australia) Pty Ltd Enterprise Agreement 2023

Milliken (Australia) Pty Ltd T/A Milliken Ontera has applied for approval of a single enterprise agreement known as the Milliken (Australia) Pty Ltd Enterprise Agreement 2023 (the Agreement).

I am satisfied that each of the requirements of ss.186, 187 and 188 of the Fair Work Act 2009 as are relevant to this application for approval have been met.

The Agreement is approved and will operate from 26 July 2023. The nominal expiry date of the Agreement is 19 July 2026.

The Agreement covers the Construction, Forestry, Maritime, Mining and Energy Union.
