In *Miller & Miller*, heard before Judge Dunkley, the dispute concerned urgent spousal maintenance and an application for an injunctive order. The wife sought urgent spousal maintenance from the husband, and also indicated an intention to apply for an injunctive order concerning the signing of a document that would reduce the parties' mortgage.
