Mikele & Mikele

In the matter of *Mikele & Mikele*, the wife and husband were parties to proceedings before the court. The wife had filed an application on 2 June 2008, and the husband had filed a response on 23 June 2008.

The court was required to determine the appropriate course of action for the outstanding proceedings between the parties.

Justice Cronin ordered that the wife's application and the husband's response be dismissed. Furthermore, all outstanding proceedings were to be referred to the co-ordinating registrar to be placed in a docket for a less adversarial trial. The parties were also ordered to attend a conciliation conference with a registrar as soon as practicable.
