McCabe and McCabe

In the matter of *McCabe and McCabe*, heard by Judge Terry, the applicant sought to bring an application filed on 19 September 2019. The proceedings concerned the welfare of three children, X, Y, and Z.

The court was required to determine the future parental responsibility and living arrangements for the children, and the extent of the father's involvement with them.

Judge Terry dismissed the applicant's application. The court ordered that the mother have sole parental responsibility for the children, that the children live with the mother, and that the father have no time with and no communication with the children. All previous orders relating to the children were discharged, and the applicant's counsel was granted liberty to withdraw from the proceedings.
