The Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) considered an application concerning a Temporary Activity (Class GG) visa, Subclass 408 (Temporary Activity). The dispute centred on whether the applicant met the character requirements for this visa.

Consequently, the Tribunal remitted the application for reconsideration with a direction that the applicant met these criteria.
