Matchan v Lyons

The case of *Matchan v Lyons* concerned an appeal from a District Court decision regarding a claim for damages arising from negligence. The appellant, Mr. Matchan, sought to overturn the original verdict and judgment awarded to the respondent, Ms. Lyons, in the District Court.
