Masters and Masters

In the matter of *Masters and Masters*, heard before Dessau J, the dispute concerned parenting arrangements for a child born in March 2001. The husband sought orders regarding time spent with the child, which was contested by the wife.

The central legal issues before the court were the terms and conditions under which the husband would spend time with the child, particularly concerning the presence of other individuals during these times, and the dismissal of the husband's application filed on 5 March 2008.

Further, the court ordered that until further order, the husband shall not bring any person with him during his time with the child unless there is prior written agreement between the parties or agreement in the presence of, or direction by, a therapeutic counsellor.
