Marsh and King

In the matter of *Marsh and King*, heard before Cronin J, the dispute concerned the parental responsibility and living arrangements for a child, X, born in 2008. The orders indicate a significant disagreement between the parents regarding the child's upbringing and contact.

The central legal issues before the court were the determination of sole parental responsibility for the child, the child's primary residence, and whether an injunction should be granted to restrain the mother from having any contact with the child.
