The parties to this matter were the parents of two children, B and D. The dispute concerned the parenting arrangements for these children. The decision was made by Moore J.

The court was required to determine the living arrangements and time spent between the parents and each child. This included determining the primary residence of each child and the specific periods of time each parent would spend with them, particularly during school terms, holidays, and weekends.

Moore J discharged previous interim orders and made new orders regarding the children's living arrangements. Child B was ordered to live with his father and spend time with his mother on alternate weekends for a minimum of three hours, as well as for a specific period during the Christmas holidays. Child D was to live week about with each parent during school terms, with specific arrangements for the 2008/09 Christmas holidays and a general order for equal time during future school holidays.
