Lowell and Jordan

In the matter of *Lowell and Jordan*, heard before Hannam J, the dispute concerned interim parenting orders regarding the time the applicant father would spend with the child, B. The applicant father sought orders for unsupervised time with the child, while also seeking to restrict the child's contact with the paternal grandmother, Francis Lowell.

The court was required to determine the terms of interim parenting orders, specifically addressing the frequency and nature of the father's time with the child, and whether to impose a condition preventing contact with the paternal grandmother during those periods.

Hannam J made orders pending further direction, adopting the father's proposed interim orders in part. These orders were to commence from Sunday, 1 November 2015.
