LinkAssist Pty Ltd and National Disability Insurance Agency

LinkAssist Pty Ltd (LinkAssist) sought judicial review of a decision by the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) to refuse payment for services provided to an NDIS participant. The matter came before the Administrative Appeals Tribunal.

Consequently, the Tribunal held that it lacked the jurisdiction to review the NDIA's decision. The Tribunal made no orders as it found it had no jurisdiction to proceed.
