Lindrum and Niles

In *Lindrum and Niles*, heard before Cronin J, the dispute concerned financial matters between the parties, culminating in orders for payment and the transfer of interests in a superannuation fund.

The court was required to determine the appropriate financial orders to be made between the parties, including the quantum of a payment to be made by the respondent to the applicant and the necessary steps to facilitate the applicant's exit from a superannuation fund and a directorship.

Cronin J ordered the respondent to pay the applicant $270,000 by 4.00pm on 31 May 2017. Furthermore, pursuant to s 80(1)(k) of the *Family Law Act 1975* (Cth), the respondent was directed to assist the applicant in rolling out her interest in the Niles Superannuation Fund. Contemporaneously, the applicant was to resign as a member of the fund and as a director of B Pty Ltd. Save for costs, the application and response were otherwise dismissed.
