Lim (Migration)

The Administrative Appeals Tribunal considered an application for a Student (Temporary) (Class TU) visa, Subclass 500, made by the applicant, Lim. The dispute concerned whether the applicant met the health requirements for the visa, specifically in relation to a medical assessment.
