Lim and Hou

In the matter of *Lim and Hou*, heard before Bennett J, the husband sought to set aside property orders previously made by the Federal Circuit Court on 24 May 2010. The wife, Ms Lim, was the respondent to this application.

The primary legal issue before the court was whether the husband had established sufficient grounds to justify setting aside the existing property orders. This involved an assessment of the evidence presented by the husband in support of his application.

Bennett J dismissed the husband's application to set aside the property orders. The court also issued a request to the Australian Federal Police to remove Ms Lim's name from the Airport Watch List, and directed that a copy of this order be sent to the AFP Operations Coordination Centre.
