Leighton Contractors Pty Ltd v Smith [No 3] Costs

This matter concerned an application for costs following proceedings in the Supreme Court of Victoria. The parties involved were Leighton Contractors Pty Ltd and Mr. Smith, who were seeking costs from AMP.
