Leib and Leib

In the matter of *Leib and Leib*, heard before Bennett J, the proceedings concerned an application by the wife regarding disclosure, to which the husband was to file submissions in opposition.

The primary legal issue before the court was the determination of the wife's application as articulated in Exhibit "W2" disclosure. The court was also required to consider the question of costs.

Bennett J ordered that all proceedings be adjourned to a date to be fixed. The determination of the wife's application concerning disclosure was also adjourned to a date to be fixed. The husband was directed to file and serve any submissions in opposition to the wife's disclosure orders by 4.00 p.m. on 14 September 2009. The question of the costs of both parties incidental to the day's proceedings was reserved.
