Legh and Rinalds (No 2)

In *Legh and Rinalds (No 2)*, Gill J of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia determined matters of parental responsibility and living arrangements for a child, X. The dispute concerned the future care and upbringing of X, born in 2017, between the child's parents, Ms Legh and Ms Rinalds.

The court was required to determine who should have sole parental responsibility for X and where X should live. Additionally, the court needed to establish the terms under which X would spend time with the parent who did not have primary residence.
