Larson and Martell and Anor

In the matter of *Larson and Martell and Anor*, heard by Judge Hughes, the dispute concerned an application made pursuant to section 116(1)(b) of the *Child Support (Assessment) Act 1989*, as well as an initiating application filed on 27 September 2013. Subpoenas issued on various dates in August and September 2013 were also a subject of contention.
