Landau and Landau

In the matter of Landau and Landau, the parties sought orders from Stevenson J concerning property settlement and maintenance. The dispute involved the division of assets and the provision of financial support between the husband and wife.

Furthermore, the husband was ordered to pay urgent maintenance of $850 per week to the wife, commencing no later than 19 August 2016, with these payments to cease upon the wife's receipt of the $400,000.
