Application for approval of the Labrador Kindergarten Enterprise Agreement 2014.

[1] An application has been made for approval of a single enterprise agreement known as the Labrador Kindergarten Enterprise Agreement 2014 (the Agreement). The application was made pursuant to s.185 of the Fair Work Act 2009 (the Act) by Labrador Kindergarten Association Inc. T/A Labrador Kindergarten.

[2] On the basis of the material before me, I am satisfied that each of the requirements of ss.186, 187 and 188 of the Act as are relevant to this application for approval have been met.

[3] The Agreement contains references to Fair Work Australia which should be corrected to refer to the Fair Work Commission. Pursuant to s.586 of the Act the reference is corrected.

[4] The Agreement is approved and, in accordance with s.54, will operate from 21 April 2014. The nominal expiry date of the Agreement is 31 December 2017.
