Labeck & Calandros (No 3)

In *Labeck & Calandros (No 3)*, Young J of the Federal Circuit Court considered a contravention application brought by Mr Labeck against Ms Calandros. The dispute concerned allegations that Ms Calandros had contravened certain parenting orders previously made by the Court.
