Kumar (Migration)

The applicant, Mr. Kumar, sought review of a decision concerning his Temporary Business Entry (Class UC) visa, Subclass 457 (Temporary Work (Skilled)). The matter came before the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) for review.

The Tribunal therefore made no decision on the merits of Mr. Kumar's visa application, as it did not have the jurisdiction to do so.
