Kruger and Zaio

In the matter of Kruger and Zaio, heard before Dessau J, the dispute concerned applications relating to financial matters within a marriage. The husband had requested an adjournment of existing applications, which the court granted.

Furthermore, the husband was restrained from taking steps to sell, close, dispose of, or hinder the operations of the business or company, or deal with the parties' assets, save in the normal course of business without the wife's written consent. The husband was also ordered to provide financial records and bank statements for the business and company, and for his personal accounts, by a specified date. The wife was similarly ordered to provide her bank statements. The reasons for the adjournment were to be transcribed and retained on the court file.
