Kirk & Mickelham (No. 3)

In *Kirk & Mickelham (No. 3)*, heard before Cronin J, the applicant, Mr Kirk, sought to have a stay ordered by the Senior Registrar on 28 March 2008 discharged. The respondent was Mickelham Solicitors.
