Khorsandi and Rashidi

In the matter of *Khorsandi and Rashidi*, the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia considered parenting orders concerning two children, B and M. The dispute involved the living arrangements and parental responsibility for the children.

The court was required to determine the primary issue of where the children should live and who should hold parental responsibility for them. Additionally, the court considered whether existing orders restraining the removal of the children from Australia and placing them on an airport watch list should be discharged.

The court ordered that all prior parenting orders be dismissed. It was determined that the children would live with the mother and that she would have sole parental responsibility. The father was granted the right to spend time with the children as agreed by the mother.
