Khan (Migration)

The Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) considered the application of Mr Khan for a Bridging E (Class WE) visa. Mr Khan had been refused immigration clearance and had not subsequently been immigration cleared. The AAT was invited to comment on the matter by the Tribunal.
