Kester and Schultz

In the matter of *Kester and Schultz*, heard by Judge Dunkley, the dispute concerned parenting orders for two children, X and Y, born in 2005 and 2007 respectively. The court was required to determine the future parenting arrangements for these children, including issues of parental responsibility and living arrangements.
