Kendall and Karas

In the matter of Kendall and Karas, the applicant sought leave to amend her application to join Ms K, Ms E, and Ms S as further respondents. The court was required to determine whether to grant this leave and, if so, the appropriate directions for the subsequent proceedings.

The court considered the applicant's request to add new parties to the proceeding. In granting leave, the court directed the applicant to file and serve an amended application within 28 days, specifically particularising her claim against the newly joined respondents.
