The applicant sought review of a decision concerning her application for a Subclass 500 (Student) visa. The Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) considered new evidence provided by the applicant on 17 July 2018, which was a copy of a confirmation of enrolment certificate for an Advanced Diploma of Business course.

Consequently, the Tribunal concluded that the matter should be remitted for reconsideration. The Tribunal remitted the application for reconsideration with a direction that the applicant meets the specified criteria for the visa.
